1. The way I see is that you kept calm during giving a presentation, which was your strong point, I think.
2. Actually,at least for my own part, the question was kind of interesting. So I could easily catch the topic.
3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation? My guess is, it felt like that you reflected adequate preparation. But using more images, steps or something like that on PPT would be useful, which is what I just personally guess.
4. Considering that I mostly understood information, your speech was quite clear.
5. There were definitely opening, boby,conclusion.
6. If I might give a guess, I should say, you might need to make more eye contact.
7. Information related to the body language was kind of interesting, which made me recall my experience in the past.

1. What strong points does the speaker have?
The speaker speaks with firm and strong tone. He also seems to know and understand the material very well. And he seems well prepared.
2. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject?
The subject was quite interesting so that he didn’t have to do much to make the people interested. There were thorough explanations about steps, and some symptoms.
3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation?
The speech did seem to have adequate preparation. One thing that would have been better, would be that if he didn’t look down at his notes so much. He seemed well prepared with explaining each of the stages and his PPT.
4. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly? His accent, pronunciation, and intonation was easy to understand and listen to.
5. Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion?
His organization had a good order; with a good hook as an attention grabber, a strong body, and a clear conclusion.
6. Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes/eye contact.
The use of notes is the thing that would be needed to fix. Because he had limited eye contact with the audience, he couldn’t really react to the audience’s reactions. Also, he couldn’t control the speed or the emphasis of his speech because he was looking down. I believe that writing the script down is a good idea, but it would be better if you reduce the amount and do it more extemporaneously.
7. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech? The biggest part would be the looking down at the notes part and the second would be the use of gestures. Gestures make presentations more effective and attention grabbing. So, maybe next time he presents, it would be better to not put your hands on the podium, but use them more.
8. What did you like about the presentation?
His overall organization, vocal tone and volume, and ultimately his content was good.
