The introduction, body and conclusion was clearly organised and you had a good pace, emphasised certain parts by leveling up your volume. Your voice sounds very confident, which is a good merit. However, to point out on something to make your presentation better I would suggest not to depend on your notes. You were looking at your pad quite often and sometimes there were pauses that would break the flow while I think you were trying to find until what you have talked about on your memos. It also took away the chance to make more eye contact with your audience! Apart from that, good job.
