First, I'd like to say that it was an interesting speech that you gave. Your points were well organized and your opinions at the end were also very attention grabbing. Furthermore, your structure was well formed and your voice was loud and easy to listen. One point, however, that could be fixed was that you referred to your notes often and your use of gesture was rather minimal. It would be better if you made bigger gestures. Also, your inflection was somewhat monotone. In your next speech, it could be better if you used changes in pitch, tone, and accent.

    Title: Assignment 1

    1. Despite the spacey lecture room which I understand tends to drown out the voice and without the assistance from a microphone, I felt that his speech was delivered in a loud and clear tone. The presentation felt also sturdy overall.
    2. I wasn't quite familiar with Bruce Lee before this and it was truly interesting to learn about his life story like how Bruce Lee initially wanted to become a doctor but instead majored in philosophy.
    3. I felt he was prepared judging from his note cards and how he didn't falter much during the presentation which shows he had practiced.
    4. He was very clear and audible throughout the speech.
    5. His transitions were obvious making the cuts between introduction, body, and conclusion clear.
    6. Perhaps more eye contact with the audience and relying a little less on the notes cards next time would be one area of improvement.
    7. Relying less on note cards and perhaps more gestures would be areas to improve on.
    8. I enjoyed watching a presentation on someone I wasn't familiar with. His speech was also very organized and I was able to expect what was coming next. His loud and clear tone also allowed me to focus on his presentation throughout.
