Self Critique: My speech was about Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla Motors. To reflect on my own speech, I thought that I did well in gesture and voice. I tried to do my best to emphasize when it needed to be and made sure that everyone could understand with a loud and clear voice. The problems with the speech included looking too frequently at my notes and thus not making eye contact. The material did have several numbers and names that I couldn't memorize, but even beside that, I looked at my notes too much. Next time, I should remind myself not to look down and make eye contact with the audience more.

- what I thought to be the strongest point of your presentation is that you made an interesting opener and closer to draw your audience's attention. Also, you spoke loud enough to be heard and I could feel that you really made an effort to pronounce as clearly as possible to convey the messages to the audiences. However, there is one thing that you could change to improve your presentation. you lowered your head too often to look at your notes so it would have been much better if you had made more eye contacts with the audience.
Furthermore, your presentation were well-structured to have definite opening, body and conclusion and you also led your speech to the end in a very natural and smooth way.
I can't watch this video because it is a private video. So my guess is that it is better to check it out again!
